After dinner, daddy, Joshua, and I went to move my beehives. It turned out to be quite the adventure!!!
It took forever for us to get the trailer hitch to work on our borrowed trailer, we spilt almost a whole gallon of sugar syrup in daddy's car (you can imagine the mess!), had to come up with a different temporary location to move the bees to because it was too late to move them to the original one, and to top it off, lost one of the hives off the back of the trailer which we didn't discover had happened until we got to our destination!!! We couldn't believe it!!! The Lord was very good to us though and things weren't near as bad as they could have been. We were able to recover the lost hive and it seems like it's going to make it, so I'm very thankful for that!

Working with the trailer hitch
This is after we got the lost hive picked up and put back together! Mr. Folgers let us use his pick up truck to go get it which worked out really well. Special thanks to Joshua who rode in the back with the bee hive all of the way back to where we were keeping the hives!
Everything put back together, tied down (again :), and we were ready to depart!
