We Canned Apples!!!
We canned about 160 pounds of apples and they turned out really well!!! We got about 40 quarts of applesauce and 15 quarts of apple juice. It is such a blessing having fresh juice and sauce.
We had three big tables in our dining room filled with apples!
Cutting and coring. This was the longest process!
The applesauce was actually really easy to do. We seasoned it with honey, cinnamon, and cloves and it turned out great!
